About Fluidwave

Type a task in plain words and Fluidwave sets the date, priority and project for you. Auto-prioritization ranks your work and shows it as a list, Kanban board, Gantt chart or calendar. The result: you open the app and see the one task to do next.

Fluidwave includes a full Gmail client with AI triage, email-to-task and one-click unsubscribe. Emails that need action become tasks in the same list as the rest of your work. The result: one inbox and one to-do list, not two apps that drift apart.

Fluidwave reads your Google Calendar, finds free time and blocks it for your most important tasks. It never moves or deletes the events you already have. The result: a realistic plan that fits the hours you actually have.

Chat with the assistant, named Fluid, or talk to it by voice to add, plan and change tasks. It uses your tasks, email, calendar and contacts as context. The result: less time sorting work and more time doing it.

The Fluidwave marketplace (in public beta) connects you with human virtual assistants who can take tasks off your list. Payments go through Stripe, with escrow and milestones. The result: work gets done even when you do not have the time.

A visual automation builder handles routine email and tasks, with an optional AI auto-reply step. Fluidwave connects to Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, Slack and Claude (through an MCP connector), and has a REST API. The result: fewer manual steps between your tools.

Fluidwave costs $0 per month. You do not need a credit card, and there is no contract to cancel. Motion starts at $19 per month (billed annually) and needs a card for its 7-day trial, and Akiflow has no free plan.

AI prioritization, email triage and the AI assistant are part of the free product. ClickUp charges $9 per user per month for its Brain AI add-on, and full Notion AI needs the Business plan at $20 per member per month.

Fluidwave has a built-in Gmail client, so emails become tasks without copy and paste. Todoist and TickTick have no email client, and Superhuman charges $25 per month (billed annually) for email alone.

Fluidwave runs on the web, macOS, iPhone and Android, in 16 languages, with one account that syncs everywhere. Things 3 is Apple-only and costs about $80 to buy all three of its apps.

Fluidwave pairs its AI with a marketplace of human virtual assistants, so you can hand a task to a person from the same list. Motion, Sunsama and Reclaim plan your day with AI, but none of them let you delegate a task to a human assistant.

Fluidwave started in 2021 with one question: what should I do next? Martin built an app that answers it for you, with AI that reads your tasks, email, calendar and contacts and ranks what matters most.

Post a task to the marketplace, agree on the price and milestones with a virtual assistant, and pay into escrow through Stripe. You release each payment when the work is done, so the turnaround time is agreed for each task.
